The Mango Parfait That Turns Breakfast Into Dessert

Layers just look better in a jar! Golden mango, creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, stacked one on top of the other. It takes five minutes and somehow still feels like you did something impressive.
This version leans on Cabera's organic frozen mango - already peeled, cut, and ready to go, so there's no knife, no mess, and no waiting for fruit to ripen on the counter.
✔️ Ready in 5 minutes, no cooking required ✔️ High in protein thanks to Greek yogurt ✔️ Naturally sweetened by the mango — no added sugar needed ✔️ Great for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert
A Few Fun Facts
Protein keeps you fuller, longer. A serving of Greek yogurt can carry roughly double the protein of regular yogurt, which is part of why this parfait holds you over until lunch instead of leaving you hungry an hour later.
Mango is a vitamin C standout. One cup of mango can cover a good chunk of your daily vitamin C - more than most people expect from a fruit that also happens to taste like dessert.
Freezing locks in nutrients. Fruit that's frozen at peak ripeness (like Cabera's mango) often retains more vitamins than "fresh" fruit that's spent days traveling to the store.
Granola brings the fiber. Pairing protein with fiber is a simple combo that supports steady energy — no mid-morning crash.
Serves: 2 Prep time: 5 minutes (plus a few minutes to soften the mango)
Ingredients
1 bag (300 g) Cabera Organic Frozen Mango, slightly thawed and diced
400 g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
150 g granola of your choice
Optional: a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, fresh mint or a squeeze of lime for garnish
Instructions
Soften the mango: Let the Cabera frozen mango sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until it's just soft enough to layer but still cold.
Layer it up: In a glass or jar, spoon a layer of Greek yogurt, followed by a layer of mango, then a layer of granola. Repeat until you reach the top.
Finish: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter, and top with a few extra mango pieces and a sprig of mint.
Enjoy immediately for maximum granola crunch, or chill for up to an hour if you prefer a colder parfait.
Tips & Variations Swap granola for toasted oats or crushed nuts for a lower-sugar version. Blend half the mango into the yogurt for a marbled effect instead of clean layers. Make it a make-ahead breakfast by layering in a jar the night before, just add the granola right before eating so it stays crunchy.
Put a lid on and bring to school or work!
