Who we are

This website is run by Cabera Group Ltd. (Cabera Foods). The person responsible for protecting personal information is Chad Almon, co-founder, who can be reached at [email protected].

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use a form on this site, we receive your name, email address and message, and for retailers, your store name, city and distributor.
• Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how pages are used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

The store finder runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us.

Why we use it

We use your message details only to answer you. We use analytics to understand which pages help people find our products. We never sell personal information.

Where it is kept

Form messages are delivered to our email by Web3Forms. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may store data outside Québec and Canada; we use them with safeguards appropriate to the information.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and no longer than two years. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to analytics, by writing to [email protected]. To change your cookie choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and choose again.
