Ingredients (Serves 4):
4 cups frozen organic straight-cut fries
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen organic straight-cut fries on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make aioli.
