Organic Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 4 cups frozen organic broccoli

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:
