Crispy Herb-Roasted Steak Cut Fries Skin-On with Garlic Yogurt Dip
Using Cabera Organic Frozen Belgian Steak Cut Fries Skin-On – thick, hearty cuts that bake perfectly crispy without deep-frying!
Ingredients (serves 4 as a side):
2 bag (about 900g - 1kg) Cabera Organic Frozen Belgian Steak Cut Fries Skin-On
1-2 tbsp olive oil (optional for extra crisp)
1 tsp dried rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, ½ tsp paprika, salt & pepper to taste
For dip: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1-2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, fresh chopped parsley or dill, salt/pepper
Instructions / Préparation:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet (no need to thaw).
Lightly drizzle with olive oil if desired, then sprinkle with herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Mix yogurt dip ingredients; serve fries hot with the creamy, protein-rich dip.
Healthy twist: Baked instead of fried, high in potassium, paired with probiotic yogurt!
