Cabera’s Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Bake

These oven-roasted frozen Brussels sprouts deliver ultimate crunch with zero prep fuss—drizzled in olive oil, seasoned simply, then finished with a golden blanket of melted Parmesan. A cheesy, garlicky side that steals the show at any dinner or holiday spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Cabera's Organic Frozen Brussels Sprouts (300g)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss frozen Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

2. Spread sprouts in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes.

3. Remove from oven—sprouts should now be soft. Cut each in half (use kitchen scissors for speed!), then return cut-side up to the sheet.

4. Roast another 10 minutes. Stir gently, then sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the top.

5. Continue roasting 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and edges are crispy golden brown.

6. Serve immediately for peak crispiness!

  • Cheese upgrade: Swap half the Parmesan with Pecorino or add red pepper flakes for heat.
