Cabera's Crispy Frozen Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer

Transform Cabera's Organic Frozen Brussels Sprouts into a delicious, crunchy side dish in just a few minutes! This simple method delivers perfectly crispy edges and tender insides without any prep work. Add your favorite toppings and flavorings for an easy, versatile veggie.
Ingredients:
1 package of Cabera's Organic Frozen Brussels Sprouts (300g)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (adjust to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
In a large bowl or directly in the air fryer basket, toss the frozen Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. There's no need to thaw or cut them beforehand.
Spread the sprouts out evenly in the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Cook for 10 minutes, then shake or toss the sprouts.
Continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until they’re golden, crispy, and slightly charred around the edges. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon, or a splash of balsamic vinegar for added flavor.
Tips:
For best results, don’t overcrowd the basket; allow space around each sprout.
This recipe is tested with a 4-quart Ninja air fryer. Time may vary with different models.
Alternative Oven Method:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (convection setting recommended).
Toss frozen sprouts with oil and seasonings on a baking sheet.
